Team building for Cambridge offices, labs and campuses

Cambridge teams spend their days on screens and in meetings. A two-hour painting session gives them something different to do together, and everyone leaves with a finished piece. Cambridge groups including [Harvard, MIT and Biogen: confirm] have booked Canvas n Cup. We can set up in a conference room, a common area or a campus function room, and team members who work remotely can join by Zoom.

Painting on Canvas

Canvas painting is by far our most popular option for a Corporate Team Building event! We have a large selection of paintings to choose from, including seasonal scenes, flowers, nature and much more.

Looking for a custom painting with your company logo and theme? No problem. We can put together a customized painting exclusively for you.

Painting Wood Signs

Wood sign workshops are another popular option to bring your whole team together. Create a lasting memory and build a clock or a gorgeous wood sign together as décor for the office.

You can choose from many already prepared stencils in our studio, or we could prepare customized stencils exclusively for your corporate Paint Event. Please note, we need 2 weeks notice to prepare and customize your stencils.

Coasters, Wine Glass or Plaster

If you are looking for a less structured activity, you can choose to paint wine glasses or do plaster projects. We have a large selection of unfinished pieces (Platters, Plates, Mugs, Bowls, Household Items, Wine Glasses and Coasters) perfect for group projects.

What Cambridge groups say

Our office used another company last year for our painting event. It was just okay. I found Canvas n Cup by a chance Google search and we will never use another vendor again. Our team loved the recorded option which let us pause and engage in meaningful conversations. Our kits came with everything we needed and included a sweet and thoughtful thank you note. Curriculum Designer. We were not just another client and appreciated the care and kindness we received. The price made out account very happy, too. We will be in touch again, soon!

We had such a great experience with Canvas n Cup (our company has used their service more than once)! We had a big group of over 30, all over zoom, and Trina was wonderful - she jumped right in and participated in our icebreakers and "controversial" questions. Great instruction, too, so many that turned out awesomely where many of us admitted we had not painted since we were in grade school - that means Trina was a great instructor! :)

I wanted to take a moment to thank you and Jean for this beautifully executed virtual painting event. It was such a fun and engaging experience, and everyone absolutely loved it! The attention to detail and the way Jean guided us through the process made it easy for everyone to enjoy, regardless of their skill level. We truly appreciate the creativity in making this event special. It was a fantastic way to bring everyone together, and the paintings turned out amazing! Thank you again for such a memorable experience. We would love to work with you again in the future.
