Confirm your date, send us the details for your participants 3. Pick a painting from our gallery 4. Make sure you save the date including the calendar Zoom link 5. Recieve your painting kit in the mail. *Note: We can ship our paint kits individually to your guests or colleagues across the country to their own homes, or we can ship the supplies to one location. We work around your convenience. 6. Pick out your favorite beverages and snacks for the group 7. Get on Zoom & party! We ship painting supplies via USPS.

Canvas n Cup events usually last around 90 minutes, but we can also accommodate a one-hour painting class if needed. To ensure smooth operations and respect everyone's time, we kindly request all participants to join the Zoom session at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time for live events.

There is no maximum limit for online or virtual or hybrid participants. We have successfully hosted corporate and team-building virtual painting events with over 400 attendees. However, we do require a minimum of 12 participants to conduct these events.
