1. Choose a date and time: Choose a date and time that works for everyone on your team. Keep in mind that participants will need to set aside 60 to 90 minutes for the event. 2. Select a painting: Choose a painting that everyone on your team can complete. You can choose a painting from our vast selection of popular paintings, or we can create custom painting for you and your team. You can also get inspiration from our blog on painting ideas.
3. Order the painting supplies: Make sure all participants have the necessary supplies. Upon registration Canvas n Cup will provide all participants with a paint party kits that include everything they need for your team's paint and sip party. No need to worry about the paint supplies, we take care of everything. Just relax and have a great team building and fun experience.

- 12 tubes of Acrylic Paint (12 ml tubes)

All you have to do is supply the water cups, paper towels.
4. Send invitations and email reminders for your virtual painting party: Send invitations to everyone on your team, including the date and time, the painting selected, and any necessary supply information. Make sure you send a reminder before the online painting event.
5. Set the mood: Encourage participants to get their favorite wine and snacks while they paint, maybe even have soft music in the background for a great painting experience.
6. Start the Zoom party: Our Canvas n Cup instructor will lead the painting session in zoom or any other platform you prefer, while the participants follow along. Our experienced art instructors know how to explain the art of painting with easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions.
