Photo guidelines
- Use a clear, well-lit photo of the face (or full body)
- Look for eyes that are open and in focus
- Natural light is better than a dark indoor snapshot
- Phone photos are fine if they’re sharp
- Please send photos at least 7 days before the event

Do I need to know how to paint?
No. We transfer the likeness first and guide every step.
Can I paint two pets on one canvas?
Often yes. Tell us when you book so we can plan the composition.
What's the difference between in-person, on-location, virtual, hybrid, and pre-recorded paint parties?
In-person paint parties happen at our Westborough, MA studio.
On-location paint parties- we go to your location in Boston, Worcester and Providence area.
Virtual paint parties are live over Zoom with kits shipped to each guest.
Hybrid parties combine both - some guests in-studio, others joining virtually.
Pre-recorded parties (Paint at home or your office) use a video tutorial you can follow at your own pace, with kits shipped ahead of time.
What if I don’t have a pet?
Paint a favorite animal, a friend’s pet, or a rescue you’re supporting. Even a sports mascot!
Can kids join?
Yes. Family sessions work well. For younger children we keep guidance simple and fun.
How long is the party?
In-person events are typically about 2 hours.
What about a pet who has passed?
Yes. Many guests paint memorial portraits. Send the clearest photo you have.
When do you need the photo?
At least 7 days before the event. Earlier is better for larger groups.
